Computer keeps saving picture as an ASP file… then I can't open the picture. How can I change this?

I want to download a picture from MLS house listing. It Saves Image as an ASP file. I can’t change the file type (the Save as Type only lists "All files" as a choice).How can I save the picture and view it on my computer? I use a PC computer.

Hi, I have listed the house with a realtor, it is on the MLS, it is on Realtor.com, I placed a 3 week ad on the Miami Herald, but the herald did not produce any leads to come see the house. I did an open house on Sunday, and most of the people that came, came from the sign on the street. However the city took my signs, because it is a code violation. So my bottome line is, where in the world could I list my house and promote the OPEN house, if the Herald doesn’t work, and the MLS not even close. I would appreciate answers from local people that have been on the same situation. Thanks.

PS. the house is in the City of South Miami
Forgot to mention, that I placed a 30day ad on ebay, and like every other ebay member in Miami, no leads either.

I have been trying for 8 months with a listing agent to sell a 3 bed coop in jackson heights, NYC. It is priced correctly, we do open houses, MLS is at 2% to agents for co-brokes.

nobody is coming to see this apartment, no activity, any idea if this is seasonal or just a bad time to sell in NYC.

how to find MLS listing agents contact?

We are trying to buy a house but we do not prefer to use a realtor to help us. We’ve been using Zillow and ziprealty to find MLS listings. I wonder how we can find the contact information of the listing agents which is usually only available through a buyer’s agent??
The only way we have currently is to go to the open house. But we sometimes want to see the property outside of open house time. please help if there is any website that does have the info. thanks!!

Hi. I’m looking for ideas to get people INTO the house I am trying to sell. It has only been on two weeks, but with three kids and having already bought another house, I would like – no, LOVE – for it to sell quickly. It seems to be priced about right, is beautifully staged and landscaped, yet there has been very little traffic (7 couples in 2 weeks). I live in Bergen County, NJ and the house is listed at about 1.5M in a town where there are 86 homes on the market over 1 M.
I have done all I can do with the house but I am wondering what kind of marketing tips might be relevant in this market beyond the usual ( I have an agent who has listed it MLS, local newspapers, broker’s open house). My agent really has not come up with any other marketing ideas. I have not done a public open house as I have heard that those rarely result in sales, particularly in my area. Have thought about Youtube and Craigslist – what do you think? Any other ideas?
