Why did I FOUND Homes for sale on different real estate website but did not find it on my mrl. they have the same criterias
is the mrls missing properties ?

I have found that some websites leave a property on the site for 1 year after it has been sold. Very frustrating. Other sites update every day so you can rely on the results.
Be sure to check the Sold and Expired categories in MLS for that address.
