How can we go about selling our house faster?

My husband and I have our house listed through Century 21 and are even having an open house soon but we live in the country (a relaxed atmosphere) and so far have had no takers. We are not asking for hardly any money compared to other houses the same age range and size for the area. We have a son that has medical issues and we need to move to a bigger city to get him closer to his doctors. Does anyone know how we can go about finding a buyer for our house without costing us money that we don’t have?!!!!!?
Our house has been on the market since the beginning of April. We had an open house for other Century 21 real estate agents to come check it out, but this month we have a regular open house. Our agent has our house on realestate.com and on C21′s site but they do not do print ads unless an open house is done.We can’t afford to spend any money in having to pay for ads anywhere because my husband is a dairy farmer and doesn’t make much money.     Assuming that C-21 is doing a credible job of advertising and promoting your property, there’s not much you can do other than lower the price to make it more attractive to buyers. C-21, in spite of its best efforts, cannot drag people to your house if people are not interested. Insure that your real estate broker is providing quality pictures of your property, describing it attractively in advertising text, and advertising it regularly in whatever fashion advertising is done in your area.

    If your real estate market is not in the doldrums, I’d venture that your asking price is too high. Even though your house may be similar to others, always remember the three most important factors in real estate sales…LOCATION, LOCATION, AND LOCATION.
