I have a house listed for sale but its not selling still after 5-6 months of being on the market. It is an investment property which I just fixed up hoping to sell quickly. Can I still keep a realtor to try to sell it and I try to rent it at the same time and which ever one comes first thats what happens (an open listing)?
Real Estate agent question. House for sale or rent?

Yes, I am seeing that a lot right now. I currently have a listing that is available for both sale and rent, but listed in MLS, and whichever comes first is what they will go with. You may want to also think about listing it as a lease purchase or lease to own. There are tons of people looking for those types of situations currently.
