I found a house listed on realtor.com and went to see it, the owner, who is also the real estate agent, showed me the house (during a realtors open house tour thing) and the next day showed it to my boyfriend. Since I went to see it without a real estate agent, can I no longer bring in a buyers agent to represent me if I want to put an offer in?
Thanks everyone! This whole house buying thing is so confusing!
Viewed a house without real estate agent, if I want to purchase can I still get a buyers agent?

Of course you can still hire an agent. The owner is a Real Estate agent so he already should have put aside the 3% for a buyers agent. He is looking out for his best interests, you need someone to look out after you .
hope this helps.
