So I’m selling my house but I’m still living in it so it’s not empty.
I’ve cleared pictures, and clutter. What else should I do? Should I leave
food and drinks for the buyers and leave the windows and curtains open?
Should I make a paper listing what’s in our house and the near by schools, and etc. I’m not sure because of the Open Houses I’ve been to, most of the time the house was empty so I’m unsure about this. And how much time should we give each seller? So we don’t come home too early and make them leave. Also; does the agent that they’re coming with is SUPPOSED to leave their card or is it optional? Because the first two left their cards but the other three or four haven’t. So I’m unsure. Thanks for taking time to read this and answer!
