Ok…so I just started as an agent today. I have an open house on Saturday and Sunday, but my trainer/mentor will be out of town. I have no idea what to say to people or what to do as they come in to see the house. I don’t expect to sell the house, but I will have mls sheets of other houses in the neighborhood to show if anyone is interested. My real problem is that I just need advice or a step by step guide on what to do or say as people ask questions and look around, much less if they actually want to buy a house I’ve shown. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I don’t supposed there is an open house on Friday to see how someone else does it?
Every house has a story to tell, walk thru it a few times before starting the Open House to see if you can find the story. Hit the highlights, and make note of what people are looking at and what they are not.
