What do you think is better? Making a flyer and walking around the neighbor, putting it in mailboxes? Or, emailing the Open House flyer to all the real estate agents in the neighborhood? I already posted it on MLS, Craig’s List and on a website.
Thanks

Handing flyers in your own neighborhood is useless. Most will drive past your house and see it and your neighbors already have homes.
Go to your local grocery store and find the community bulletin board. Post a flyer there. Go to your local coffee shop or bagel place and leave flyers on the counter. You can even go into gas stations and convience stores and leave some there.
Get a road sign with stakes a few days before the openhouse and put it on a road close to your home that has a lot of traffic. Attach balloons to it to get their attention as they drive by, make sure to have your address on it.
Another thing to do is call your local real estate offices and tell the realtors about the open house. They may send their clients to check out the home.
Make a poster and put it in the back window of your car. This way when you’re driving around town, people will see. Don’t forget to leave space so you can see out of course.
Hope that helps.
