I applied online to a health benefits co. as a customer service rep, It was an open house but i couldn’t go and applied online. Then i was invited to come in person for an hr. long assessment…online personality assessment, review, print and initial our applications. Then we were told we would hear back from them in 3-5 business days. Does this mean you pretty much got the job?
Have you gotten a job this way?

They didn’t tell you anything to say whether or not you got the job. They did invite you in to meet them in person, so your application must’ve told them you have at least the basic qualifications. The decision between applicants probably hasn’t even been made yet.
