I did an open house on Sunday, and most of the people that came, came from the sign on the street. However the city took my signs, because it is a code violation. So my bottome line is, where in the world could I list my house and promote the OPEN house, if the Herald doesn’t work, and the MLS not even close. I would appreciate answers from local people that have been on the same situation. Thanks.

PS. the house is in the City of South Miami
Forgot to mention, that I placed a 30day ad on ebay, and like every other ebay member in Miami, no leads either.

I am a car dealer I sell cars on ebay but want to try other business.
I like realestate and will be involved in house flipping. Any other good idea for real estate?
I have tought of selling stickers and signs that I can pruduce and sell on ebay….
Any good ideas on what to sell on ebay?
