The realtor didn’t list the open house in the paper. She said that the advertisements aren’t affective. So why do they bother to list open houses in the paper if they are not affective? Can someone with knowledge about real estate please advise me about this?

The realtor we have doesn’t really seem that interested in trying to sell this house. She will make atleast ,000 profit when it sells, but I guess that’s not much money to her. I had to ask her four times to put photos of the inside of the house on the internet listing. The house was featured on the tv today, but no photos were shown of the inside of the house. Grrrr.
I just received an email from the realtor who said that we had ZERO visitors for the open house. Now she is suggesting that we lower the price – it was her ding-bat assistant who decided on the price! But she’s acting like it was us who came up with the price. We look to them to be the experts. I think we have two air-heads on our hands who need to be dismissed.

so kept looking for a house and nothing has compared.

but just a few minutes ago i was sent an email saying one of my saved home listings had been updated. i looked to see what home.. and there i was the house that was hopeless to get.
i researched it on another website and there it was….
im trying real hard not get my hopes up.

do you think the home is actually for sell again?
this seems to be a sign that this is supposed to be MY home

also me and my boyfriend make about 3000 dollars a month and dont have much debt do you think we can afford a 88 thousand dollar house? we both have pretty good credit scores also

i sure hope this isnt some sort of glich and my house is really gone.

I was also thinking about sending an email out to all the realty companies in the area about the open house. Would it be a waste of my time?
