what is the website that the public can use to find homes for sale in North Carolina?

I’m from delaware and we use delmls.com it is a website that lets people and realtors find homes for sale, under contract, and already sold. I can’t find the main mls for north carolina.

Hi, I have listed the house with a realtor, it is on the MLS, it is on Realtor.com, I placed a 3 week ad on the Miami Herald, but the herald did not produce any leads to come see the house. I did an open house on Sunday, and most of the people that came, came from the sign on the street. However the city took my signs, because it is a code violation. So my bottome line is, where in the world could I list my house and promote the OPEN house, if the Herald doesn’t work, and the MLS not even close. I would appreciate answers from local people that have been on the same situation. Thanks.

PS. the house is in the City of South Miami
Forgot to mention, that I placed a 30day ad on ebay, and like every other ebay member in Miami, no leads either.

How can I make iframe links open up within that iframe?

How do I make it so when someone clicked a link I have on my webpage within an iframe, instead of closing my webpage and going to the link, it opens up the link within the iframe? It is for a real estate website to be able to link houses from MLS but still keeping visitors at my site. I am a member of the MLS so I am allowed to link it so it is not for illegal purposes.

Do I owe my listing agent money if the house doesn't sell and I relist?

I am trying to sell my home and my broker/agent will not hold an open house, will not run print ads, and has only got us ONE SHOWING in 2 MONTHS. I am waiting for the contract to expire to get a new agent. My question is will I owe her any money at the end of the contract? Is it customary to pay a listing charge if you decide not to sign an extension of the contract? The contract states "seller shall pay in cash to broker for services a total commission as follows:00 listing broker." Doesn’t commission mean you sold something??
The contract is vauge. It just says for services rendered. It doesn’t say at closing or anything like that. It just says a commission for services.
Nothing in the contract listing specific marketing plan. Just that she has copyright over the pictures and fliers.
A couple more things: the agent is the broker and we are offering 3.5% to the buyer’s agent. I just have this sinking feeling that this is a con where she does nothing but put a sign in the yard with some fliers and slaps it on the MLS and when the 3 months is up and you are angry that you have had no action, she tells you to pay 00. Sounds like a no-work way of making money. She was a recommendation though. I Googled her before signing the contract I couldn’t find anthying negative.

I don't think my real estate agent is doing enough to sell my house and I want to fire him, what can I do?

I am in a three month contract with my real estate agent at four percent commission for his company and I want to fire him because I don’t think he is doing enough to sell my house. He is always making me excuses that the market is slow but I know my house can sell because my house is beautiful. I’ve already had my house listed with this guy for over a month now and I haven’t even gotten an offer on it. My agent keeps telling me that he has put it on the MLS and realtor.com and sent out flyers for my home and spoken with other agents about it but I don’t think that is enough. He has only done six open houses for my house and it seems like he wants to do them only occassionally now and I want him to keep doing them because I don’t feel he is doing enough to sell my home. What can I do to fire him? I am in a three month contract with him and I am two months away before it expires, but i want to fire him now. what can i do?
