I’m planning on going this saturday and was wondering if it was a good idea because I’m in doubt. If anyone here has gone to that school is it worth the money and time? And also is anyon here going to the open house aswell?

I’ve invited over 350 people to a graduation open house, the party is from 5-9pm. I’ve went through the list and expect about 335 to actually attend. How many seats should I have. I’m thinking 150, what’s the "rule"? Thanks!!!

There is a house I like that is listed for 114,800 what should i offer on it.It is for sale by owner so I dont have a realtor.I already went and looked at it when the seller had an open house on it.I fell in love with the place.What would be a descent offer?
Can I put an offer on a house if I went to an open house without my buyer agent present?
