i know that i can use craigslist to find apartments, but it there like an online new paper so i can find open houses in the Philly area and see multiple apartments, while I’m there visiting for a day or two ?? I know open houses are "open to the public" but if a house is for sale and you want to go look at it, do you have to pay a fee to the realtor who is listing the property? Or is it free to look?
