cuz the MLS number is way easier to deal with than the phone number, and waiting for some idiot BS’er to call u back. With the MLS#, u can go on the computer and look it up, see pics of the inside, property dimensions, square footage, everything, without having to go to a stupid [...]

What do you think is better? Making a flyer and walking around the neighbor, putting it in mailboxes? Or, emailing the Open House flyer to all the real estate agents in the neighborhood? I already posted it on MLS, Craig’s List and on a website.
