We are not asking for hardly any money compared to other houses the same age range and size for the area. We have a son that has medical issues and we need to move to a bigger city to get him closer to his doctors. Does anyone know how we can go about finding a buyer for our house without costing us money that we don’t have?!!!!!?
Our house has been on the market since the beginning of April. We had an open house for other Century 21 real estate agents to come check it out, but this month we have a regular open house. Our agent has our house on realestate.com and on C21′s site but they do not do print ads unless an open house is done.We can’t afford to spend any money in having to pay for ads anywhere because my husband is a dairy farmer and doesn’t make much money. Here is the web address to our house. http://www.century21.com/buy/property_detail.aspx?teasers=property-detail-all+Property+Detail+with+Pictures+and+Tour&tr_key=33693202&bSite=N&City=Pickton&State=TX&BedsMin=3&BathsMin=2

Where can I find open house listings? http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-listing/where-can-i-find-open-house-listings/ http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-listing/where-can-i-find-open-house-listings/#comments Wed, 12 May 2010 02:27:48 +0000 Admin http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-listing/where-can-i-find-open-house-listings/ Hi there! I’d like to attend some open houses. I don’t have a real estate agent yet, but I’d like to meet some agents at open houses as well as see (by my myself) local homes for sales. However, there’s nothing listed on the Internet where you can find listings of open houses. Where can I get this information??? I really want to avoid real estate agents for a while.

why don’t they put MLS numbers on the house “For Sale” signs? http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-mls/why-dont-they-put-mls-numbers-on-the-house-for-sale-signs/ http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-mls/why-dont-they-put-mls-numbers-on-the-house-for-sale-signs/#comments Mon, 03 May 2010 14:17:37 +0000 Admin http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-mls/why-dont-they-put-mls-numbers-on-the-house-for-sale-signs/ cuz the MLS number is way easier to deal with than the phone number, and waiting for some idiot BS’er to call u back. With the MLS#, u can go on the computer and look it up, see pics of the inside, property dimensions, square footage, everything, without having to go to a stupid open house or make an appointmnent. You’ll know right away if you wanna see it or not.
They cry about houses not selling, but this non-posting of MLS #’s really wastes a lot of time for everyone.
I am not a crack-smoking moron, and I am sorry if my avatar’s appearance and /or question composure has given that impression.
I have tried using several sobbing real-estate agents. The result? Me looking up houses online, and calling my "agent" to go see them with me.
Also, I have called the numbers on the signs, with very little positive effect. Why do you think I posted this question?Over 1/2 of these cry-babies don’t answer or call back.
I have also looked for houses online by their address, and have not found them.
One house, was the only house on that particular road for sale. I called the agent who’s number was listed on the sign, gave him the address, and he had no idea what house I was talking about.
The MLS #’s are on every listing pictured online, so it wouldn’t expose anyone to "added security problems" if the # was posted on the sale-sign itself.

Real Estate – Open House How to Advertise & To Who? http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-mls/real-estate-open-house-how-to-advertise-to-who/ http://www.openhousereviews.com/open-house-mls/real-estate-open-house-how-to-advertise-to-who/#comments Fri, 30 Apr 2010 18:59:03 +0000 Admin http://www.openhousereviews.com/?p=24 What do you think is better? Making a flyer and walking around the neighbor, putting it in mailboxes? Or, emailing the Open House flyer to all the real estate agents in the neighborhood? I already posted it on MLS, Craig’s List and on a website.

Thanks
