The best place to Advertise my house for sale (MIAMI, FL)?

Hi, I have listed the house with a realtor, it is on the MLS, it is on Realtor.com, I placed a 3 week ad on the Miami Herald, but the herald did not produce any leads to come see the house. I did an open house on Sunday, and most of the people that came, came from the sign on the street. However the city took my signs, because it is a code violation. So my bottome line is, where in the world could I list my house and promote the OPEN house, if the Herald doesn’t work, and the MLS not even close. I would appreciate answers from local people that have been on the same situation. Thanks.

PS. the house is in the City of South Miami
Forgot to mention, that I placed a 30day ad on ebay, and like every other ebay member in Miami, no leads either.

I need good business idea to make some 0,000 this year.
Please only solid business ideas please don’t tell me about any pyramid scheme or that type of business.
I am a car dealer I sell cars on ebay but want to try other business.
I like realestate and will be involved in house flipping. Any other good idea for real estate?
I have tought of selling stickers and signs that I can pruduce and sell on ebay….
Any good ideas on what to sell on ebay?
I’m open to all good ideas and willing to try anything except businesses like amway,avon,nikken or any other pyramid scheme.

why don’t they put MLS numbers on the house “For Sale” signs?

cuz the MLS number is way easier to deal with than the phone number, and waiting for some idiot BS’er to call u back. With the MLS#, u can go on the computer and look it up, see pics of the inside, property dimensions, square footage, everything, without having to go to a stupid open house or make an appointmnent. You’ll know right away if you wanna see it or not.
They cry about houses not selling, but this non-posting of MLS #’s really wastes a lot of time for everyone.
I am not a crack-smoking moron, and I am sorry if my avatar’s appearance and /or question composure has given that impression.
I have tried using several sobbing real-estate agents. The result? Me looking up houses online, and calling my "agent" to go see them with me.
Also, I have called the numbers on the signs, with very little positive effect. Why do you think I posted this question?Over 1/2 of these cry-babies don’t answer or call back.
I have also looked for houses online by their address, and have not found them.
One house, was the only house on that particular road for sale. I called the agent who’s number was listed on the sign, gave him the address, and he had no idea what house I was talking about.
The MLS #’s are on every listing pictured online, so it wouldn’t expose anyone to "added security problems" if the # was posted on the sale-sign itself.

How can I look at homes for sale in a certain neighborhood?

ive gone to the neighborhoods website, there is nothing about homes for sale. and ive googled the neighborhood and i cant find anything, is there any website where i can just enter a neighborhood and it will show any homes for sale in the neighborhood? i know there are homes for sale there cause ive seen like 10 sale signs
