I thought that if the $ from the house didnt cover the the 2nd the it was written off. What do i do! ? Thanks for your advice! also know of a good realestate lawyer that gives free consultations? Im in Colorado.

Any Realtor in California can tell me what is the typical time for a house on the markert in southern California? I know the market is very slow right now, my Realtor seens to do everything he could such as open house occasionally, put my house on Realtor.com with pictures, MLS and local news papers, and magazines, Should I re-listed with him or find someone else, by the way, I do not think that my house is overprice, similar house in the complex and around listed little higher.
